Actor Jung Kyung Ho and Girls’ Generation Sooyoung have found themselves in a scandal, following a media report that surfaced today that alleged that they were in a relationship.
A media agency in Korea reported on February 27th that Jung Kyung Ho and Sooyoung were dating each other. The report stated that the two had met each other at a gathering, and progressed to become a couple earlier this year, becoming pillars of support for one another in the unforgiving entertainment business.
But Sooyoung’s management agency, SM Entertainment, has swiftly issued a statement in the aftermath to deny the rumours, “Sooyoung and Jung Kyung Ho met each other at a church function, but they are just simply in a close junior-senior relationship.”
Sooyoung has just finished promotions for ‘I Got A Boy’ with Girls’ Generation, and is currently on their second Japan Arena Tour which will see them perform in 7 Japanese cities until April 21st.
Jung Kyung Ho was discharged from the military last September, and is now filming for Ha Jung Woo’s first directorial piece ‘Roller Coaster’.
