Kim Tae-Yeon, the leader of Korean girl group Girl's Generation, is currently taking the twitter world by storm, as fans are endlessly posting about the singer's 25th birthday.

Tae-Yeon, who was born on March 9, 1989, was first discovered in the 2004 SM Entertainment's 8th Annual Best Contest 1st Place & Grand Award.
Tae-Yeon joined Girl's Generation, a group that consists of nine girls, in 2007. The group's 2009 single "Gee" was named South Korea's song of the decade, cementing their place as the voice of a generation.
